Do you accept charge cards?

Yes, we do.  You are welcome to use any of the major credit cards below.

How do I get to your hotel?

Please check the map or you may call ahead for us to provide transportation arrangements.  HSR is currently providing free shuttle bus, transferring between HSR Tainan Station and Tainan Park, and Tainan Park is conveniently near us.  Please check the shuttle bus timetable.

Do you offer complimentary breakfast?

Yes, we offer breakfast buffet in our Piano Lounge on the 1st floor between 7 and 10 in the morning.  The breakfast voucher can be also used to consume any 2 of mini-bar items in your room.

Do you have non-smoking rooms?

Ash trays are not provided in our rooms unless you specifically request one.  When our maids see an ash tray in your room, it will act as a reminder to do special treatment to the room after checking-out.  Therefore, every room you check-in to is definitely free of smoke odors.

Do you allow pets in?

We regret that pets are prohibited within the hotel except for seeing-eye dogs. 

Are there any convenient stores nearby?

Yes, there is a 7-11 convenient store only 30 meters from the hotel entrance.

Any ATM machines nearby?

Yes, there are two located just next door to our first floor lobby.  All major currencies can be exchanged into Taiwanese currency at the front desk.  ATM cards with any of the following logos can withdraw Taiwanese currency from the ATM machines with English instructions located next door to our first floor lobby.

How is the security there?

Since we are located in the financial district of Tainan and there is a bank located in the same building, police are routinely checking the area.  There is a very low crime rate report in this area of Tainan.

Is there any night life nearby?

There are five or six bars in the alley right next to the hotel that provide quality food and entertainment.  And they are where a lot of foreign room guests like to spend their late hours.

Do you have laundry service?

Yes, we do have professional laundry service for both regular washing and dry cleaning with reasonable prices.  Laundry service requested before 12 noon will be returned by 7:00 p.m. the same day.  Laundry service requested between 12 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. will be returned at noon the next day.  We also have a coin-operated laundry room on the guestrooms floor which is open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.  If you need to iron clothes, there's a steam iron and an ironing board in the closet.

What time should I check-in?

If you check-in between 12 and  7 p.m., there's no need to notify us.  If you want to check-in after 7 p.m., please make a good use of our toll free number, 0800-773643(0800-Premier) to ensure proper arrangements have been made for your convenience.

What time should I check-out?

Checkout time is 12:00 noon.  If your departure time does not coincide with out official checkout time, please contact our receptionist.  Every effort will be made to assist with later checkout requests whenever possible.

What is the proper channel to make a complaint to your boss?

You may write to Mr. Tsai.  His personal e-mail: tainan27@hotmail.com   Your letter can be addressed in either English, Japanese, or Chinese.

Staying with us, you don't need to carry alarm clock, boiler, hairdryer, or iron.  If you have your laptop computer with you, it's free to use ADSL, a pair of sneakers can be used in gymnasium.  If you drive, it's a good idea to travel with an ice box.  You're welcome to load it with ice every morning.  Before leaving for Tainan, please check BBC weather or CNN weather.
